This was a good day. We hung out at the beach and successfully got a kite to fly.
Attempted a loose, painterly style again. It didn’t quite turn out the way I wanted it to, but I do like how the clouds turned out.

omg. This is gorgeous. Might not have turned out as you wanted but it has such a beautifully charming, and seemingly traditionally-painted, style that has so much character and life and suits the scene perfectly. Love this one so much.
