My Curse
When I start a RPG, I tend to die immediately in the first enemy encounter. Mass Effect was no different.
Lydia’s undying love for Mass Effect and my lack of knowledge of the game caused her to buy it for me. Despite having some difficulties near the beginning, I had a lot of fun. Mass Effect’s story was engaging and I especially loved how your decisions will carry over to the next game. The only thing I didn’t like was exploring the barren worlds for minerals to complete assignments. I’ll probably play a second time since Lydia and David said my decisions were all over the place. To name a few: I let the Rachni queen free, allowed the Council to die, and didn’t have a love interest. Plus Wrex died, which I didn’t want to happen. If that didn’t make any sense to you, it’s okay.
Just like you did with L4D, I love when you draw the players in the actual roles of the characters they play. Today’s comic had a great layout and variety! 😀
Thanks! I had fun playing around with the composition. =)
Now you’re ready to do a proper playthrough right… right?
If by proper playthrough, you mean making decisions that make sense, then yes, I’ll try my best. Also, my goal is to not let Wrex die.
Good Luck!!!!!
No love interest?!?! thats blasphemy! I played Mass effect 2, I found it quite enjoyable and probably better than 1 because of the whole mineral scouring thing.
Haha, I didn’t think it was possible either!
I’ll definitely be picking up Mass Effect 2 in the future. Everyone says how amazing it is in comparison to the first game, so I’m looking forward to it. I’m so glad to hear there’s no mineral assignments!
I think you mean “in comparison to every game ever made.”
ever made you say… that would mean that ME3 will wane in comparison…
Mass Effect 3 hasn’t been made yet, you realize.
