Fail Friends

Michi and I hiked the entire length of the Fushimi Inari Shrine and somehow got lost along the way. Luckily we found the exit and traveled over to see Kinkaku-ji. I remember studying this in art history, so it was pretty cool to see it in person. We spent our last day in Kyoto visiting the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and the surrounding area. I really loved Kyoto and wish we could have stayed longer. The only downside was that the mosquitoes decided we were delicious. Our bug repellent did absolutely nothing.
