Not as severe I portrayed it, but I’m still amused by the thought.

Is this true for all dyes? =(
To some degree but red tends to be the most obvious and exaggerated. Unless you’re talking about weird colors like blues, greens which are also really fast fading.
Red is the fastest fading color because the particles are the biggest or something like that.
One of these days I’ll just dye my hair a new color every other week.
That sounds amazing (but also bad for your hair).
